Senior Quality and Safety Officer

<ul> <li>Participate in the undertaking of the development, launch, management and implementation of a comprehensive quality assurance program in line with the GCAA and ANS strategic goals and GCAA Audit, Risk Management and Quality guidelines</li> <li>Support GCAA quality and risk management unit to develop targets for standards, to undertake quality audits and to manage the reporting structure to ensure achievement of the quality and service level standards set.</li> <li>To participate in the development of the implementation of an effective and comprehensive safety program and promote an overall ANS safety management culture.</li> <li>To participate in the review, assessment and update of ANS policies, procedures and operation manuals to ensure compliance to required Quality and Safety Standards / guidelines.</li> <li>To participate in the creation of technical inspection policies and procedures to ensure consistency in programs implementation.</li> <li>To participate in the preparation and recommendation of the ANS Quality and Safety section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.</li> <li>To participate in the investigation of all minor accidents, and collect and analyze operational and accident data/reports to detect trends and causes, and improve prevention.</li> <li>To participate in conducting regular safety audit programs in conjunction with ANA and taking corrective actions as required.</li> <li>To participate in the development of commissioning and maintenance standards and review the maintenance program for systems and facilities.</li> </ul>
