The Company Headquarters is at Sywell Aerodrome, Northamptonshire. The job will require the successful applicant to travel throughout the UK and Europe and occasionally on a global basis.</b></p> <p><b> </b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Main Job Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>To seek out, develop and grow new business opportunities for Scimitar including markets in the US.</li> <li>To seek out and exploit new markets for Sabre in the UK, Europe and the US including franchised operations in the US.</li> <li>To develop and maintain effective relationships with key clients, agencies and governments.</li> <li>To support Scimitar and Sabre business unit strategic decision making in order to ensure 2Excel maximises its profitability.</li> <li>To deliver the Sabre and Scimitar aviation services. <p> <b>Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:</b></p> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <p>Commercial pilot’s licence</p> <p>Airborne Forward Air Controller</p> <p>Night Vision Goggle Instructor<b> </b></p> <p><b>Experience</b></p> <p>Have a deep understanding of the USA’s diplomatic and military strategies.</p> <p>Have credibility in diplomatic circles at a senior level.</p> <p>Hold professional relationships with senior military and commercial leaders in UK and the US.</p> <p>Have combat experience in 4<sup>th</sup> generation US-built attack or fighter aircraft.</p> <p>Possess experience as a Close Air Support instructor.</p> <p>Be able to demonstrate credible and relevant operational and technical knowledge in cutting edge aviation fields.</p> <p><b> </b><b>Skills</b></p> <p>Strong analytical skills.</p> <p>Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and lead a diverse team.</p> <p>Excellent project and time management skills.</p> <p>Ability to work collaboratively at all levels.</p> <p>Ability to teach operational and tactical integration across the ‘air-land-sea’ environmental divides.</p> <p>Ability to make commercial business decisions based on the operational utility of technological innovations.</p> <p><b> </b></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> </li> </ul>
