About this role
Responsible for setting up, developing and maintaining Quality Control Measures and Strategy across Business Support Department, to ensure compliance with audit requirements and industry quality standard. Reengineering of processes to improve efficiency, eliminate risks and meet customer requirements. The role will be specifically responsible for standardization and compliance of processes, policies across Business Support Department. Key accountabilities include: Establishing Quality Control culture, tools and measures across the Business Support Department. Develop the general requirements for Quality Control specifications and standards for processes. Collaborate with other members of management to develop new process, initiatives and process reengineering and training methods. Actively use available resources and tools such as MIS reports to assess efficiency of current processes and risks involved, in order to enhance processes to increase efficiency and productivity, identify risks and plan for mitigation actions ensure compliance & improve quality. Prepare, implement & review Service Level Agreements between different businesses including Outstations and Subsidiaries to ensure services agreed time are met and agreed responsibilities are adhere to. Draw and implement communication plan on new or updated processes/procedures to all Business Unit managers to ensure transparency, consistency and common ground for all. Review Audit Report; put in place the necessary actions to address any recommendations by auditors. Actively seeking input from internal and/or external sources to better understand the Business Support Department needs, making sure that the customer is the driving force behind business strategy To be successful in this role you will hold a Bachelor Degree; Quality management Certification/Project Management preferred. Min 7 years of job- related experience required. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication & presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively across the organization.
