Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br /></b> </p><p><b>The Position:</b> </p><ul> <li>To ensure the needs of Emirates passengers are met in a caring, courteous and efficient manner. </li><li>To ensure the briefings provided to service suppliers by the Senior Emirates Official on duty is acted upon to the required standard of service and make certain that any deficiencies are corrected or reported. </li><li>To assist passengers with any problems that arise such as excess baggage, baggage mishandling, missed connections. </li><li>To assist as directed by the Supervisor Airport Services in providing passengers with meals, accommodation, re-bookings with the help of staff provided by the GHA in order to minimise inconvenience to passengers. </li><li>To ensure post flight activities are completed such as compilation and despatch of TLS, reconciliation of flight coupons and assemble flight file so that future queries can be dealt with. </li><li>To prepare as directed by the Supervisor Airport Services the Revenue Documents envelope and various statistical returns as required by Area or Head Office Management. </li><li>To ensure that correct action is taken by the GHA in respect of any AHL or OHD on the flight and ensure that subsequent follow-up action is taken and that passengers are kept informed. <br /><b></b></li> </ul> <p><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer our employee's competitive remuneration packages, attractive travel benefits, and career development supported by multi-million dollar training facilities in Dubai, and e-Learning programmes for those seeking a long-term future in the Company. <br /> <br /><b></b> </p><p><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b> </p><ul> <li>Education to a High School level or equivalent. </li><li>A minimum of 2 years experience in airport ground handling services. </li><li>Must have a pleasant, outgoing personality and good inter-personal skills. </li><li>Must be fluent in oral and written English. </li><li>Must have completed relevant professional training courses such as: Passenger Services; Reservations and Ticketing; Cargo, Weight and Balance; Baggage Services and recognised training in Behavioral Skills. <br /></li> </ul> <p><b>To Apply: </b>To express your interest in the above vacancy please apply on-line by clicking below, and complete our application form.
