Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b>Based at our European Contact Centre in Wilmslow, Cheshire, UK, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of reservations and telephone queries and dealing with Emirates Frequent Flyer Skywards Members from all over Europe. <br />Our European Contact Centre is open seven days a week from 07.30 a.m. to 08.30 p.m. and you will work 37.5 hours per week based on a roster pattern <br /> <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits:</b>We offer our employee's competitive remuneration packages, attractive travel benefits, and career development supported by multi-million dollar training facilities in Dubai, and e-Learning programmes for those seeking a long-term future in the Company. <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b>You will be educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent and have previous experience in a Customer Service role. Previous travel and/or Contact Centre experience is desirable.
