Discover your future! <br /><b> <br /> <br />The Position: </b>To independently handle complex Tour Operator / EK Network requests and itineraries / round trips, as well as streamline coordination with new accounts ensuring high standards of services are provided to Arabian Adventures clients and EK passengers. <br />? Lead the team in providing comprehensive sales support to passengers / walk-in clients / telephone enquiries by offering detailed information on various products and services and hence maximize revenue opportunities in order to achieve sales targets. <br />? Ensure correct charges are applied as per negotiated contracts and investigate and resolve accounting enquiries from tour operators / suppliers / finance department. Provide detailed information to Tours Officer for further action if required. <br />? Analyze feedback from clients and passengers on products / services and recommend suggestions and necessary action to Tours Officer, thereby ensuring Arabian Adventures maintains its position as a market leader. <br />? Directly oversee the performance and productivity of a team of Tours Consultants to meet the set standards and maintain the highest quality of service to our Principals (Tour Operators / Travel Agents / Emirates Offices worldwide) and passengers. <br />? Supervise and administer reservation requests / sales on arrival to ensure that all requested / suggested services for ground arrangements are accurately provided and accounted. <br />? Liaise with all units of Arabian Adventures and ensure that in- resort clients and passengers are fully assisted as and when required and thus have a comfortable stay and experience in the destination. <br />? Ensure the team offers suitable alternatives when requested services cannot be confirmed and hence each and every booking request is materialized. Offer advice and suitable alternatives on destination facts, Hotel updates and special offers enabling tour operators / passengers to respectively plan / purchase packages that best suit their requirements. <br />? Support the Tours Officer in monitoring and recording staff performance in line with the corporate guidelines whilst ensuring high morale. <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. "A" level standard schooling. <br />? Diploma in Tourism Management would be an added advantage. <br />? 4 yrs in the travel industry in one of the following reservations in Tour Companies, Hotels Reservations or Airline or Travel Agency Call Centre. <br />? Should have achieved a high proficiency in a word processing package like MS word and a spreadsheet package like MS EXCEL. <br />? Basic knowledge into the working of Tour Operators and their special requirements. <br />? Knowledge of the destination/s. <br />? A proven ability to work independently, managing and organising your workload with minimum amount of supervision. <br />? Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. <br />?
