About this role

<p>Our customer is a world leader in the provision of a wide variety of technical solutions to today&rsquo;s commercial airline industry.</p> <p>They are seeking to appoint a Team Leader Account Manager to work in their piece parts repair department based in Zurich.</p> <p><b>Tasks.</b></p> <p>The Team Leader Account Management Piece Parts Repair is responsible for standardize process in the team and the development of staff, ensuring the smooth transition of an account from contracting to fulfilment, the development and retention of the customer relationship of one or multiples accounts and overseeing key performance measures of these accounts and well as for driving up-selling activities of identified opportunities.</p> <p><b>Core Tasks</b></p> <p>Ensure clear and target oriented communication between customer and operations and other areas of the business, your team act as single point of contact and is driving the Piece Parts Repair Business</p> <p>Ensure operational management and controlling of the execution of long term contracts and single events</p> <p>Ensure definition, management and monitoring of customer account value flows (contract profitability, revenues, invoicing accuracy, days in invoice)</p> <p>Monitoring P&amp;L impact and provide recommendation to the Heads of Section and Business Unit</p> <p>Responsible to develop and maintain standardized processes in the team including active promotion of CI method.</p> <p>Ensure team compliance to standards and processed development of staff</p> <p>Identify opportunities for up/cross selling for discussion with management and sales department</p> <p>Actively manage accounts.</p> <p><b>Your profile.</b></p> <p><u>To fulfil this position successfully, your qualifications must include:</u></p> <p>University Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>Leadership and people management experiences</p> <p>At least 5 years of professional experience in customer related positions, ideally in MRO/aviation industry</p> <p>Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills</p> <p>Proficiency in English (oral / written) and good communication skills</p> <p>Self motivator, flexible and stress resistant, ready to deliver extra efforts</p> <p>Good SAP R3 and MS Office skills are an advantage</p> <p><b>&nbsp;</b></p> <p>An attractive annual salary will be awarded to the successful applicant.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Contact Simon Portway for full details.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <i>Only candidates with the right to live and work in the EU will be considered. </i></p> <p><i>Regrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</i></p>
