Live in China</b></p> <p>(1)USD$ 15,500 base service fee per month, 80 hours to fly per month, overtime flight hours paid at $220 USD per hour;</p> <p>(2) Housing allowance: 7,000RMB/mo reimbursement;</p> <p>(3) Travel support: USD $10,000 per year in reimbursement for pilot and family;</p> <p>(4) Bonus: USD $12,000 paid at the end of 12 months of service, USD $14,000 paid at the end of 24 months of service, USD $16,000 paid at the end of 36 months of service;</p> <p>(5) Flight safety bonus: USD $5,000 in every 12 months.</p> <p>Days off: 2.5 days of sick leave per year, with 30 days paid leave per year ;7 days of sick leave per year.</p> <p><b>Holiday: 29 days of Government Legal Holiday.</b></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Minimum Requirements:</b></p> <p>1?Age: Below 53 (incl.);</p> <p>2?Time of experience:</p> <p>Each Captain shall have flown a minimum of 3,000 flight hours in total in all aircraft types to date with a minimum of 500 PIC hours on type (unless specifically agreed by Party A), have controlled taking off and landing as flight pilot of B737-300/400/NG not less than 3 times, and the last proficiency check conducted for keeping the validity of his license remains within the term of validity;</p> <p>3?Be a citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China, and being ICAO member;</p> <p>4?Hold a valid Civil Airline Transport Pilots License with instrument grading issued by the civil aviation authority of China or his home country (ICAO member), containing notes of take-off landing grades, relevant aircraft types accordingly; And the Pilots License shall not contain any note not in line with standard of ICAO;</p> <p>5?Hold a current and valid Medical Certificate in accordance to his license;</p> <p>6?The type-rating (type 1) landing standard and have ability to land the aircraft to a minimum of ICAO Category I level, that is RVR (including CAT I).</p> <p>7?The ability to carry out aviation and daily communications in fluent English and to hold or have the ability to hold the ICAO English Level 4 Certification, or his valid flight license carries the note for “English Proficiency”;</p> <p>8?No criminal record, legally notarized by local public notary.</p> <p>9?Hold a security evaluation comment issued by his original airline company employer or civil aviation authority with jurisdiction for the purpose to confirm that he is qualified to be an airline transportation pilot, evidencing no record of flight accident symptom or flight accident resulting from personal negligence of duty;</p>
