About this role
Cabin Services Trainer will be responsible to assist the Learning and Development Manager with the annual training needs analysis (TNA) for the business unit. Conduct extensive research during the design and developmental phase of preparing for course curriculum. Review and analyze the research to ascertain the level, type, delivery method and resources for the training program. Work on partnership with other subject matter experts in developing g Cabin Services course material and packages that reflect the Qatar Airways five star brand. Design and develop world class instructor-led training programs. Design and develop world class training aids, including learner guides, facilitator guides and power point presentations using set department templates. Ensure training programs and instructor effectiveness by monitoring established metrics and gathering information from internal/external customers. Liaise with vendors for the sourcing of the required training aids when necessary. Work on assigned projects or task teams in the business unit as assigned by Management. Assist Cabin Services T raining on an ad-hc basis delivering classroom sessions. Demonstrate initiative, integrity and a 'Can Do' attitude and passion for learning and development. Act as a positive brand ambassador for Cabin Services Training. To be successful in this role you should hold an internationally recognized College degree. A qualification in HR/Training, Adult Education or Instructional Design.5-7 years experience in a multinational, training department with exposure to the full training cycle. Strong exposure in Cabin Services as a senior crew member.
