We are looking for candidates to join our team and help us enhance 5-Star Customer Service. We welcome candidates with an overwhelming passion and enthusiasm to give our customers an exceptional service through telephone calls or in person meetings while achieving optimal customer satisfaction. Effective interpersonal skills which promote positive chemistry between Qatar Airways and customers, good communication skills in English and Arabic Language, the ability to create value-adding options for customers, good listening skills with genuine concern to deliver memorable results are required for the post. Reporting directly to the Reservations Supervisor, the candidate must be smart, exude confidence and qualify as benifits representative of the airline. High potential individual who is willing to be trained is most preferred. The applicant must be a diploma holder or a graduate of related field in Airline/Travel industry and Hospitality Institute. Previous experience in airline or in travel reservations and has good knowledge of Arabic, Amadeus and World Geography are definite advantage.
