<p>To successfully manage and grow all aircraft maintenance activities, our client is seeking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Deputy Accountable Manager for its EASA Part-145 Organisation. Reporting directly to the <br /> <strong><br /> Accountable Manager, the selected candidate shall:</strong><br /> • Be responsible for transitioning the in house Part 145 AMO from a cost centre to a third party maintenance and repair organisation whilst optimising the aircraft fleet maintenance.<br /> • Be responsible for development of the marketing strategy, obtaining marketing intelligence and competitive data pertaining to potential targeted pursuits and setting measureable and attainable sales targets.<br /> • Work with cross functional departments to achieve seamless, commercially driven production processes starting from generation of customer enquiries to final invoice.<br /> • Develop and evaluate all technical and commercial content of all customer and other third party contracts<br /> • Establish, build and maintain customer relationships and maintain associated marketing database<br /> • Manage all customer interfaces<br /> • Develop, manage and control operating budgets, taking full responsibility for service pricing, profit and loss<br /> • Align Part 145 production with updated technology and emerging customer requirements<br /> • Support the Maintenance Manager in maintaining MRO approvals and capabilities<br /> • Liaise on a regular basis with the Maintenance Manager for the implementation of an effective quality assurance system to ensure that all activities are accomplished to the highest standards of airworthiness and workmanship;<br /> • Monitor production hours in liaison with the Maintenance Manager;<br /> • Ensure that all Maintenance personnel are aware of and trained on Company procedures. Perform yearly performance appraisals hand in hand with the Maintenance Manager;<br /> • Ensure that regular training needing analysis is performed for management and other personnel within the Part-145 Organisation<br /> • Participate in management reviews to assess progress upon corrective / preventive actions and overall organisational and employees performance;<br /> • Promote a culture of inclusion and act as an inspiration to others. Deploy initiatives that foster trust and empowerment of people<br /> • Promote and reinforce safety regulations and operational excellence.<br /> <strong>Minimum Qualifications and Experience:-</strong><br /> • A minimum of five years in a leadership position within an aircraft maintenance organisation<br /> • Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of aircraft maintenance, business development, associated ROI, and project management.<br /> • A recognized 1st degree in a related discipline or MBA<br /> <br /> The selected candidate is expected to be a computer literate individual with fluency in both written and spoken English. The candidate will also be results driven, possess strong business acumen, numerate and analytical. He or she is expected to have a consultative approach and ability to influence others to support objectives, whilst integrating quickly in a culturally challenging environment. Ability to communicate in other languages such as Arabic, Italian, French or German will be considered an asset. </p>
