About this role

We invite applications for the post of : Hub Control Center Leader The selected candidate will be responsible to supervise the Hub Control Centre for ensuring effective and efficient handling and monitoring of QAS Hub Control Centre activities to meet the requirement of aircraft turnaround for all QAS airline customer. To assist QAS Manager Service Quality & Projects in managing safe and On-time turnaround of all aircraft according to the guidelines provided by airline customers. He/She must coach and guide Hub Control Centre Supervisors and Senior Hub Control Centre Agents in decision making, allocating QAS resources, monitoring turnaround activities, communicating information and writing reports to QAS Duty Manager. He/she will have to assist QAS Manager Service Quality & Projects in maintaining and delivering the targets set in Service Level Agreement between QAS and QAS airline customers The candidate should be a graduate with a minimum 05 Years experience with an Airline/Airport/ Ground Handling company, including minimum 3 years direct experience as Hub Control Centre Supervisor, Aircraft Dispatcher or similar supervisory role. He/she should posses Relevant Aviation and leadership training. He/she should have good understanding of the General Conditions of Carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security Practices as stipulated by (ICAO / IATA) and safety policy of the company. The incumbent should have proficiency in spoken and written English, Passenger Handling Procedures and Departure Control System, Inform GMS and RMS would be beneficial, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong leadership skills and cross-sectional team working ability.
