MRO Production Manager

They are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager with significant experience of MRO to be responsible for the effective management of the production operations to deliver on time, on budget and to plan. This role has specific focus in continual development of lean and increasingly efficient ways of working in areas such as Quality, Environment and Health & Safety Standards. <br /> <br />Key duties include: <br />*Implement and control the production schedule <br />*Manage human and material resources to meet production targets <br />*Implement and lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture within MRO <br />*Develop and implement cost control programs <br />*Analyse and translate data into sound operational decisions <br />*Analysis of production and quality control to identify and rectify recurrent issues <br />*Determine and implement process improvements and identify cost reduction <br />*Develop and motivate a well trained and flexible production team <br /> <br />This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Production Manager who has significant experience of the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in an engineering or business discipline with significant aerospace engineering process or manufacturing environment where material on time delivery and customer satisfaction are key.
