Ground Services oversees all airport operations worldwide for the airline, ensuring that all our service partners operate to our requirements in a safe and effective manner. We invite applications for the following positions, based in Doha International Airport, Qatar: <strong>CUSTOMER SERVICES DUTY SUPERVISOR</strong> The selected candidate will oversee the agents at the check-in, transfer or boarding gates, to ensure all procedures are being followed and consistent customer service is being delivered by front-line staff. He/she will ensure availability to support agents with customer resolution, and contribute to the planning and improvement of the airport operations. Good knowledge of airport functions in terms of passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance and D.G.R. Trainings such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations and DGR are desirable. Applicants must be High School graduate, Bachelor's degree is desirable, 3 years of work experience, out of which 2 years in supervisory role in leading a team, with airline/airport background and knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage. Good personnel development skills including team building, hands on approach to the daily operation and good communication skills in spoken/written English, with proficiency in advanced computer applications are essential requirements of the job.
