About this role
Responsible for managing a timely and error free implementation of various HR Administration and Payroll activities for QR and Subsidiaries and ensures monthly payroll is closed smoothly for salary processing as per the schedule, incorporating all changes (payments and deductions). The responsibilities include processing of Benefit Claims and an overall supervision of Outstation admin in compliance to the statutory requirements and the company policy and procedures. Provides advisory services to the Separations teams and various other HR units within QR and Subsidiaries. Manages the Image Processing & Filing and initiates periodic improvements. To be successful in this role you will hold a Bachelors Degree required from a recognized university. Min 7 years of job-related experience is required. Proven experience in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business. Strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience and flexibility to interpret their needs without compromising the company policies.
