Qatar Duty Free, a subsidiary of Qatar Airways, one of the world's fastest growing airlines with an expanding route network covering Middle East, Far East, Africa, Asia, Europe and USA, is providing high quality duty free operations at Doha International Airport <strong>Job Description</strong> Chef de Partie is responsible to support the senior chefs to ensure smooth operation within his/her section in his/her shift. Chef de Partie is required to plan the operation of the section in his/her shift with regards to planning of manpower and scheduling of daily operations. Together with Commis chefs he/she ensures that all preparations are as per production plan and all meals prepared as per standard recipes and within HACCP guidelines. Qualification & Experience · High school qualifications · Processional cookery certification or · A successful completion of a major international brand or hotel apprenticeship · Professional cooking certification equivalent to City & Guilds 706/5 · Specialist - minimum 5 years of job-related experience required · 5 years experience within a major hotel or multi brand restaurant environment · Mall - multi food court or airport related experience · Chef de Partie level + · Cold larder section experience · HACCP Training · Preferred : Bakery & Patisserie · Aware of latest trends and food techniques To apply, please send us an updated copy of your CV with a recent passport size photograph and a full Length photograph within one week of publication of this advertisement. <p></p>
