<img src="http://counter.adcourier.com/SmFtZXMuYi43ODI2MS40MjRAcmVzb3VyY2Vncm91cC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif" /><br />A successful aerospace organisation is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Development Engineer to aid in the development of new and existing Aerospace production processes within the composite manufacture and assembly areas. <br /> <br />Key duties include: <br />*Develop the usage of new materials and processes within a wide range of applications <br />*Investigation and implementation of corrective actions using problem root cause analysis techniques <br />*Provide technical support to both internal and external customers <br />*Provide development input to technical, commercial, and contract reviews within the company and with customers <br />*Support manufacturing continuous improvement plan and lean initiative to develop improved operating processes and procedures <br /> <br />This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Development Engineer with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing who has strong leadership and communication skills. They will have the ability to develop technical solutions with the ability to lay-up and bag complex composite structures and have the ability to assist with the assembly of composite structures. <br /> <br />Due to the high volume of applications received we are unable to respond to every applicant.
