Description: The Government Services Supervisor is responsible for providing high quality of service oriented administrative support to the immigration and HR team. Has showed an efficient service relating to immigration affairs. Assist and support the team administering the complete range of HR activities in a consistent and timely manner to the satisfaction of the Customers and Management. Key Accountabilities: Receive Passports for repatriation staff and Cancel residence permit online and co-ordinate with HR repatriation department for Resigned and Terminated staff. Follow-up for Terminated crew with welfare department. Processing of Passports for New Residence Permit, Residence Permit Renewal and Transfer through E-government with Smart Card login. Keeps e-Government records maintained for future reference. Coordinate with MOI officers (Villa # 21) for Residence permit and family visit visas. Arrange multiple financial reports of daily payments are maintained in an excel file, which is sent to the finance department. In charge of QR staff and their families to process passports for new Residence Permit and renewal through e-Government and government office. Preparing petty cash for manual process. To be a successful in this role a High level of education is required. Experience working in a similar role in a multicultural environment preferably in the airline industry desirable. Computer literate - MS Office and database packages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
