About this role
<p>The / The post holder / in is in the A380 program management as an integration manager responsible for directing and controlling activities for lead-time reduction (LTR) for the supplier of aircraft fuselage sections. The focus is on the production processes of suppliers and the overall process of integration into the A380 customization process.<br /> - central point of contact for suppliers of aircraft fuselage sections in terms of reduction of lead times<br /> - responsible for the tracking of LTR activity of selected suppliers<br /> - responsible for the control of process collection activities of suppliers<br /> - responsible for managing the implementation phases to ensure consistent planning and activities under the LTR conditions<br /> <br /> Personal requirements:<br /> - Understanding of Process management to be able to understand and comprehend technical processes and<br /> - Experience in the aeronautical sector, especially Airbus experience desirable<br /> - strong communication skills to (proactively) to interact with all relevant project stakeholders section<br /> - resilient personality to cope with changing activities, a large amount of work and temporary work peaks<br /> - engineering studies<br /> - 3 years experience in engineering, production, project management<br /> - good knowledge of Ms Office<br /> - good knowledge of German and English<br /> <br /> All candidates must be Eu nationals and have valid Visa and work permit for Germany<br /> <br /> </p>
