<p>The ATS Safety Manager would be responsible for providing ATS Safety Management functions and oversight for Serco ME. This position will report directly to the Manager - Aviation Safety Improvement (MASI) with a dotted reporting line to the Contracts Director on the project. <br /> The role will eventually be based in Dubai but the successful candidate will be required to be based out of Erbil until he/she has completed setting up an aviation safety management system(ASMS) for the Erbil contract; he/she must be ready to fly out to Erbil to provide support as required.<br /> The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an ATC environment and recent experience in setting up ATS ASMS as well as qualifications and experience in Aviation Incident Investigations. Being a Qualified Classroom Instructor and conducting internal audits would be an advantage.</p>
