You will conduct the audit, develop the report, liaise with management, review and track findings in accordance with the safety manual and also provide training on safety management when required. <br /> <br /> You will have an extensive understanding of and previous working experience in aircraft vehicle safety; compliance-checking, internal safety auditing in terms of planning, scoping and objectifying, quality-reporting, best-practice, process and procedure, training/mentoring and safety incident investigation. <br /> <br /> You will only be considered for this position if you have the following essential skills and experience:- <br /> <br />- Extensive proven background in internal auditing for aviation safety purposes. <br />- Previous experience in aerospace engineering is essential (ideally a current or ex-Licensed Engineer). <br />- Qualified and experienced Lead Auditor. <br />- Ideally experienced trainer <br />- Sound understanding of aircraft vehicle Safety Management Systems (SMS) and related regulations. <br />- Currently in the UK and ability to pass UK security clearance (British passport + last five years UK-resident). <br /> <br />For more information please contact Suzy Lines on 01329 232221 or apply within.
