<p>Strongfield Technologies (Quebec) Inc. - Srongfield Aviation plc (UK)<strong><br /> </strong><strong>Methods Agent- Electrical</strong></p> <p>Responsibilities:<br /> You will be part of the new aircraft product development team. You will be working in a very dynamic<br /> integrated product development team (IPDT) involving all technical and production functions, where you will drive to put forward optimal solutions for aircraft electrical systems suitable for latest manufacturing technologies and processes.<br /> <br /> You will have to:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in Design reviews to ensure optimum production efficiency and repeatability with the objective to reach world class quality level</li> <li>Define optimal assembly and installation sequences for systems &amp; electrical harness</li> <li>Writing of assembly worksheets</li> <li>Optimization of the work centers in harmony with Engineering, Production, Logistic and Quality departments</li> <li>Elaborate tooling strategies and integration of new technologies for assembly</li> <li>Analyze and incorporate Engineering changes with respect to the capacity of each work centers</li> </ul> <p>Job Qualifications:<br /> You have a College or University engineering degree in Aircraft Avionics or Electrical with a minimum of 5 years<br /> experience in aircraft electrical systems installation process or equivalent field of manufacturing.<br /> <br /> Basic knowledge required :</p> <ul> <li>Lean manufacturing</li> <li>SAP software</li> <li>CAD software (Catia V5 preferible)</li> <li>Problem solving methodology</li> <li>Interpretation of electrical schematics</li> <li>General computer skills</li> </ul> <p>You must be a self-motivated person, a team player able to work under pressure and under a minimum of<br /> supervision.<br /> You must be able to read and write in English and have good communication skills.
