<p>Strongfield Technologies (Quebec) Inc. - Srongfield Aviation plc (UK)<strong><br /> <br /> Stress Engineer<br /> <br /> </strong>Responsibilities:<br /> In your role, you will be asked to:</p> <ul> <li>Test definition to meet certification requirement.</li> <li>Structural stress analysis to ensure test prediction (behaviour and failure mode).</li> <li>Test support.</li> <li>Test report and certification report.</li> <li>Methodology validation using correlation between tests and analysis</li> </ul> <p><strong><br /> </strong>Job Qualifications<br /> The ideal candidate meets these requirements:</p> <ul> <li>You have a University mechanical or civil or aerospace engineering degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.</li> <li>You are pragmatic and able to analyze tests and predictions.</li> <li>Knowledge of CATIA, finite element modeling and analysis is an asset.</li> <li>General computer skills are essential.</li> <li>You must be a self-motivated person, a team player able to work under pressure and under a minimum of supervision.</li> <li>You must be able to read and write in English and have good communication skills.</li> <li>Being completely bilingual (French and English) is an asset.</li> <li><strong><br /> </strong></li> </ul> <p>This position is located in Montreal, Quebec.<br /> <br /> <strong>Please click on the<em> 'Apply Now' </em>button for further information and to apply - </strong><em><strong>this is an urgent requirement and the deadline for applications is Wednesday</strong></em><em><strong> 22 August</strong></em></p>
