<p>airBaltic is currently looking for an <strong>SVP Network Planning & Development</strong> (a member of Senior Management team) with reporting line in organization to CCO and responsibility over network, systems, schedules, slot management and international relations. <br /> <br /> airBaltic is the national airline of Latvia with a fleet of 32 aircraft. airBaltic serves over 60 destinations from its home base in Riga, Latvia. From every one of these, airBaltic offers convenient connections via North Hub Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, CIS and the Middle East. In 2011 airBaltic carried over 3.3 million passengers. airBaltic is a stock company that was established in 1995. The primary shareholder is the Latvian state with 99.8% of stock.<br /> <br /> <em>Key Responsibilities:</em></p> <ul> <li>Network analysis, planning & development;</li> <li>Systems & data;</li> <li>Schedules planning & distribution;</li> <li>Slots management;</li> <li>Relationships with other airlines (interline, spa, codeshare)</li> </ul> <p> <em>Core Skills & Competencies Required:</em></p> <ul> <li>Highly skilled in numeracy and analysis;</li> <li>Strategic thinker;</li> <li>Good communication skills (written and oral);</li> <li>Team-oriented;</li> <li>Influencing skills;</li> <li>Able to form positive working relationships and good mutual understanding with different types of people (sales, operations etc)</li> </ul> <p><em>Education & Experience:</em><br /> University - at least first degree in math, science or related discipline;<br /> 10+ years covering network;<br /> Understanding of what happens to a schedule in the operational environment – either through direct experience or through schedules-planning responsibility (2+ years);<br /> Ideally experienced in both p2p and transfer models<br /> <br /> Please click on the <strong>'Apply Now' </strong>button to submit your application by email or to request further information.</p>
