<img src="http://counter.adcourier.com/c3V6eS4yNzA0OS40MjRAcHJvdGVjdGVjaG5pY2FsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif" /><br />Supply Chain CI Lead - Dorset - Permanent/Full-Time - £Excellent /annum + benefits <br /> <br />We are seeking an experienced Supplier Specialist for a permanent position based in the South West. <br /> <br />Working within a dynamic team, this role will see you inspecting current supplier activity, implementing quality changes where needed and generally manage all aspects of the supplier development activities. <br /> <br />You will fully utilise your vast experience in Lean and Six Sigma in this role to ensure continuous improvement; conduct your own audits; present to upper management and be the engineering quality expert. <br /> <br />You will hopefully come from an aerospace or automotive background and you will have extensive experience in manufacturing environments and Continuous Improvement (CI). <br /> <br />You will also have a thorough understanding of procurement, purchasing and supply-chain and will only be considered if you have a proven background in:- <br /> <br />- Lean/Six Sigma - Green Belt minimum <br />- external supply-chain experience <br />- supplier relationship management <br />- supplier project planning <br />- supplier development scheduling <br />- supplier improvement planning <br />- supplier development process roll-out <br />- supplier performance assessment and improvement <br />- process-stream mapping <br /> <br />You will also be degree-qualified, have strong presentation and negotiation skills and an appreciation of the project management lifecycle. <br /> <br />To be considered for this position you must be currently living in the UK and able to pass UK security clearance. <br /> <br />For more information please apply within or contact Suzy Lines on 01329 232221 or email s.lines@protectechnical.co.uk <br />
