About this role

<p>Contribute to the preparation of the Section budget while promptly reporting any non-conformances to superior so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Issue relevant certificates/approvals and/or recommend for certification/approval, as per the Authority Matrix, dependent on the assessment of individuals and/or products and/or clients structure, manuals, personnel and training programmes, to maintain safety standards.</p> <p>- Assist in the development of the annual oversight (surveillance) program to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Continued improvement towards Safety should be considered as much as possible.</p> <p>- Make Q-Pulse (Auditing System) as the primary tool for executing the surveillance program efficiently and in a timely manner: upload/monitor regularly the implementation of the surveillance program, screen the audit reports, action proactively open findings, and ensure availability of checklist.</p> <p>- Ensure that the deficiencies identified in the audit reports or during regular oversight are acted upon by the approved company, bringing any overdue or sensitive items (like violation) to the attention of the appropriate line manager. And recommend or apply the law enforcement provisions, if necessary.</p> <p>- Provide support in Aviation Safety-related investigations, coordinating where operational issues are relevant in order to determine the cause of accidents and prevent future incidents.</p> <p>- Lead an audit team when carrying out audits involving multi-disciplinary audits on clients</p> <p>Participate in regular external operation meetings related to ANS (e.g. ATS Technical Committee), to facilitate stakeholder collaboration and to maintain an open channel of communication with stakeholders.</p> <p>Review the ANSP equipment testing and monitoring processes and procedures to ensure an appropriate level of integrity, continuity of service and safety is maintained.</p> <p>Implement corrective actions raised against the department during internal surveillance program to ascertain alignment of Safety Affairs standards in line with international standards and continuous improvements.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
