About this role
Responsible to oversee and coordinate the planning, implementation, and supervision of the Project quality control plan. This includes working with employees as well as outside agencies or consultants involved in various stages of project planning and implementation. To ensure the application of updated quality management systems in an effective manner. Key accountabilities include: § Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the department. § Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. § Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation. § Writing technical and management systems reports. § Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures. § Defining Quality procedures and standards. § Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. § Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the Management team. <ul> <li>Develop quality control reports, post construction reports and detailed progress reporting (inhouse).</li></ul> To be successful in this role you will hold Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited internationally recognized University. Minimum 10 years of job-related experience required. Experience in Quality systems and Quality Audit.
