About this role
Quality Assurance Supervisor will assist Quality Assurance Officer in smooth operations of the department. She/he will be responsible for effective implementation of HACCP & FSMS standards in the unit in tandem with customer requirements. Additionally responsible to monitor cleaning department on day to day activities. <strong>Accountabilities:</strong> <ul> <li>To work in tandem with a team of Quality Assurance and Cleaning professional to implement and evaluate smooth functioning of HACCP standards.</li> <li>To monitor allocated tasks and responsibilities for QA and Cleaning Team to enable smooth functioning of daily operational activities as per HACCP norms.</li> <li>Plan & impart Food safety training</li> <li>Assist in conducting Internal and Supplier audits</li> <li>Excellent prioritization and time management skills</li> <li> Implementation of Hygiene & Safety guidelines and instructions. </li> <li> Capable in problem solving. </li> <li> Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills </li></ul> <strong> Qualifications, Experience & Skills: </strong> <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree OR Intermediate with diploma in hotel management / Hygiene and Sanitation.</li> <li> Experienced - minimum 2 years of job-related experience required</li> <li>2 years at Supervisory level or Team leader in Quality Assurance Department of a 5 star Hotel / Flight Catering industry.</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of Different cleaning Chemicals and Machinery</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Computers (MS Office, Power point and internet) Knowledge of HACCP is mandatory.</li></ul> <p></p>
