Senior Production Manager

<p><b><u>JOB PURPOSE</u></b></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage and Control the Production Activities of Component Services 14 workshops.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b><u>JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES</u></b></p> <p>Leadership Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Build a cohesive team of production employees, closely integrated with other departments/sections</li> <li>Create a Positive working environment with all Management &amp; supervisors/lead man</li> <li>Ensure all compliance activities are performed.</li> <li>Increases margin growth utilizing Six Sigma/Lean tools and ensures that productivity projects and initiatives are successfully executed.</li> <li>Actively develop, teach/train and provide performance feedback to all employees</li> <li>Drive strategies including succession Planning and career development Strategic Responsibility</li> <li>Ability to manage within a highly matrix organization</li> <li>Provide strategic direction for all integrated activities</li> <li>Develop a structure to drive an effective goal deployment process that aligns with my clients objectives Financial Responsibility</li> <li>Drive team to achieve / surpass financial commitments</li> <li>Drive functional excellence within all functions including Operations, Material Management, Quality, Health and Safety EASA/FAA/UAE-GCAA (regulatory compliance)</li> <li>Manage capacity &hellip; to achieve TAT, on time delivery</li> <li>Ensure Cost, Quality and TAT goals are met.</li> <li>Integrate Six Sigma/Lean tools to continuously improve process yields, drive shop floor productivity</li> <li>VOC feedback to improve quality &ndash; (Customer satisfaction) <p><b><u>&nbsp;</u></b></p> <p><b><u>QUALIFICATIONS </u></b></p> <p><b>&nbsp;</b></p> <p>Engineering / Aeronautical College Degree / Diploma or Equivalent</p> <p>Minimum 14 years in component overhauls</p> <p>8 years in Managerial position.</p> <p>Strong leadership qualities</p> <p>Strong finance background</p> <p>Must be innovative</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <i>Only candidates that possess the right and the appropriate documentation to live and work in the EU will be considered. </i></p> <p><i>Regrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</i></p> </li> </ul>
