<p><strong>Lecturer – Aeronautical Engineering <br /> Transport and Engineering Technology <br /> Salary: £33,272<br /> Post Ref: 12/1105<br /> Bristol</strong><br /> Holding an EASA Part 147 approval, City of Bristol College is one of the main centres for teaching Aeronautical engineering in the South West. We are now looking for a lecturer to join our experienced team to teach on various programmes. <br /> <br /> As a Lecturer you will be responsible for managing the learning process of Aeronautical students, guiding and supporting learners, preparing teaching materials, assessing students' work (including marking) and acting as an internal verifier. <br /> <br /> Candidates with one or more of the following will be considered: </p> <ul> <li>EASA B1 Licence</li> <li>EASA B2 Licence</li> <li>Higher level qualification in a relevant Engineering / Physical Science Discipline (HNC/D Minimum)</li> <li>Recent experience of teaching within an EASA Part 147 environment</li> </ul> <p>You must have substantial practical experience Aircraft Mechanical / Propulsion systems or in Aircraft Electrical / Avionic systems as well as supervision of training groups or individuals.
