In addition you will provide technical support to both internal and external customers, provide development input to technical, commercial, and contract reviews within the company and with customers, and support manufacturing continuous improvement plan and lean initiative to develop improved operating processes and procedures. <br /> <br />Person: <br />This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Development Engineer with a strong background in aerospace composite manufacturing who has strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop technical solutions with the ability to lay-up and bag complex composite structures to assist with the assembly of composite structures.
