About this role
Dry Stores Shift Supervisor will be responsible for : Supervising the standard sets of food and beverage carts and to ensure smooth functioning of Bonded Stores and Dry Store supplies for all flights as per QR standards Specific accountabilities include : § Monitoring Bar / Dry Store documents and recording of daily supply consumption. § Overseeing Dry Store/Complimentary Bar sets for QR all flights to maintain quality/quantity. § Supervising bar and beverage requirement, expire dates and stock replenishment of food and beverage items, following HACCP and FIFO standards. § Responsible for the recycling of headsets during shift. § Reporting of shortage/over consumption of food and beverage items from offload § Supervising loading/offloading of Dry Store and Bar sets, adhering to standard uplifts. Overseeing the daily cleaning of Bonded Stores area and equipments Qualifications, experience and skills needed for this role : · Bachelors degree or equivalent · (5) years experience in similar role in airlines/in-flight catering/bonded stores. · Strong working knowledge of in-flight operations, quality and standards, inventory management and stock control and ordering. · Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization and time management skills. . Proficiency in computers and in MS Office, SITA and in-flight catering systems.
