<p>My Client is looking for an experienced As the Infrastructure Project Manager you will be responsible for the safe delivery of Infrastructure projects; ranging from £200k to £10+million.</p> <p>The projects range from airfield pavement and rehabilitation of the runway, to refurbishment and new build commercial projects; such as hangars and offices.</p> <p>As Project Manager you will lead the development of projects from initial client requirement through detailed design; preparation of tender documents, and management of the selected contractor.</p> <p><b>Responsibilities and duties:</b></p> <p><b> </b></p> <p>• Stakeholder management to establish project requirements</p> <p>• Management of the design Consultants, to ensure the design meets the client requirement</p> <p>•Preparation of contract documents and managing the tender process</p> <p>• Evaluation of tenders and selection of contractors</p> <p>•Contract and cost management to ensure the project is delivered to budget</p> <p>•Management of change control</p> <p>• Monthly project reporting</p> <p>•Preparation of project programs</p> <p>•Managing the contractors on site and reviewing the quality of the works</p> <p>•Activity managing project safety</p> <p>•Resolve technical queries and apply sound engineering knowledge</p> <p><b>Key Skills required:</b></p> <p><b> </b></p> <p>• Proven experience in Civil or Structural Engineering disciplines.</p> <p>•Experienced in Project Management</p> <p>•Professional communication skills, able to liaise confidently at all levels.</p> <p>•Experience of working with the NEC forms of contract</p> <p>•Airport / Airfield pavement experience would be highly advantageous</p> <p>•A sound knowledge of design and value engineering.</p> <p>Contact Luke Farrow for full details.</p> <p><i>Only candidates that possess the right and the appropriate documentation to live and work in the EU will be considered. </i></p> <p><i> </i></p> <p><i>Regrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</i></p>
