<p> A new and exciting opportunity has arisen!</p> <p>We are working with our client on a large Pan African project which requires a key position to be filled by January 2013. The position titled 737 Maintenance Manager will be based in Africa on a 3 year renewable contract. Working from a totally blank sheet and to an agreed budget it is essential that interested candidates have a strong Boeing 737-3/4/500 background of many years within the maintenace arena. The position will initially involve identification of suitable maintenance facilities and to recruit suitable local maintenance personnel. Aircraft acceptance for all 737 aircraft the company brings in will be involved, and the overall maintenance issues and running of the new project will be placed in the hands of the successful applicant. In oder to apply, please note that a good working knowledge of the French language is essential. This is an extremely responsible position on which the initial overall success of the project will be based. Whilst being initially based in one country in Africa the successful employee will be required to fulfill this same role in other African countries over the coming years, so the incumbent must be prepared to be mobile on an as and when required basis.
