<p>Intaway Resourcing is currently recruiting for First Officers Training Captains on the B737NG. But more than that, we actively advertise the role and network our contacts to find those ‘passive’ candidates that are not actively looking but who would be a perfect fit.</p> <p>By perfect fit we mean both technically and culturally. Our aim is to find a candidate who will love working in the client’s business and therefore be likely to perform beyond expectations as it’s been our experience that staff that love what they are doing thrive better than those that don’t.</p> <p>Our most successful placements are always those where the Client has let us take the time to talk and meet to explain exactly what they are looking for.
