About this role
<p>The Loading Team Leader will be working closely with ramp loaders / tractor drivers & equipment operators to achieve safe quick aircraft turn around, ensuring customer airlines aircraft's is loaded & off-loaded according to the requirements & laid down procedures.</p> <p> </p> <p>Successful candidate will be actively involved in liaising with load control & aircraft dispatcher with regard to aircraft loading and report any irregularity to Ramp Coordinator and L.T.L supervisor during the shift. He/ She to ensure that all planned dead load is physically checked before loading into aircraft's holds & safety procedure is adhered at all times.</p> <p> </p> <p>Coordinate with Qatar Aviation Service Ground Staff sections to make sure all planned load (cargo / mail & baggage) is forwarded to aircraft's side & to cross check / tally received U.L.D slip along with unit summary report before aircraft off-chox.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications and Requirements</p> <p>·A Secondary School Certificate.</p> <p>·Minimum 2 years experience in airport operations (in ramp activities- aircraft loading & unloading)</p> <p>·Working knowledge of Airport communications system / DCS, BRS.</p> <p>·Awareness / training & certificate of D.G.R & ramp handling</p> <p>·Awareness of ground handling and safe aircraft loading procedures.</p> <p>·Ability to lead/coach & motivate reporting staff.</p> <p>·Oral and written English language communication skills.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in the success of the organization and continuity to its operation.
