<p><strong>CAE Parc Aviation</strong> on behalf of <strong>IFALPA</strong> is now looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the IFALPA team as <strong>Technical Officer</strong>.</p> <p>The International Federation of Air Line Pilots&rsquo; Associations promotes the highest level of aviation safety worldwide.&nbsp; IFALPA is the global voice of professional pilots with 100 Member Associations representing 100,000 pilots.</p> <p>To be considered, the successful person will need to:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a professional pilot and holder of ATPL</li> <li>A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal</li> <li>Dynamic, enthusiastic, ambitious, flexible, team player</li> </ul> <p>This full time, non flying position is based in the IFALPA Montreal office and requires frequent &nbsp;worldwide travel to promote IFALPA&rsquo;s views and policies.</p> <p>The successful person will be responsible for co-ordinating the activities of IFALPA&rsquo;s Aerodrome and Ground Environment (AGE), Human Performance (HUPER) Committees and Helicopter (HEL) Committees.</p> <p>They will also have oversight of IFALPA&rsquo;s internal training courses.&nbsp;</p> <p>Strong inter-personal and communication skills will be essential to deal with high level issues in the framework of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).</p> <p>The closing date for applications for this full time role is 14th December 2012.</p>
