<p>&nbsp;Aircraft Static Loads Engineer.</p> <p>&nbsp; An engineer with experience in the field of static loads is needed to support and perform analysis, certification and testing for our Client's aircraft project based in Turkey. Required Qualifications: &nbsp; Academic degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering. Considerable experience in static loads analysis. Experience and/or knowledge in aerodynamics, propulsion and flight dynamics fields. Experience in defining load cases both from requirements and special conditions. Experience in nodal loads preparation for a complete aircraft. Experience in fatigue loads evaluation and interpretation. Experience in in-house software development/coding in Fortran/Visual Basic. Competency with FEM software (MSC/NASTRAN, PATRAN), TECPLOT and MS Office programs. Ability to work in a team environment. &nbsp; Job Description: &nbsp; The Engineer will be capable of performing the following: &nbsp; Preparation of rigid and flexible Loads Models of the A/C. Preparation of Inertia model and setting mass states. Interpretation of EASA, FAA and military requirements for loads. Interpretation of resulting loads envelopes and selection of critical load cases. Certification Client's static loads analysis tools development efforts such as software development, procedure preparation etc. Perform maneuver load calculation with the help of flight dynamics specialists. A/C maneuver simulation with 6 DOF codes and A/C responses. Loading simulation. Prepare and sign static loads documentation for all work undertaken. Propose/prepare test requirements and definition, test plans and test results documents for development and certification. Provide solutions for special requests or for special conditions coming from design team. &nbsp; Please note that this is highly specialised work and that you must be able to demonstrate the above required experience.</p>
