<img src="http://counter.adcourier.com/c2ltb25wLjI4ODE4LjQyNEBhZXJvcGVvcGxlLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif" /><br /><p>Our customer is at the forefront of today's cutting edge Aerospace manufacturing industry.<br /><br />With a global presence that offers a wide variety of composite component manufacturing solutions & aftercare products to an extensive list of customers that includes Airbus, Boeing & the MOD.<br /><br />Due to an extensive period of growth & development they are seeking to appoint the services of a Production Support Stress Engineer to join their operation based in the South West UK region.<br /><br />Description <br /><br />Providing support to the A350 composite spar manufacturing and Fixed Trailing Edge assembly operations, by the disposition of non-conforming materials, components and assemblies. <br /><br />The role incorporates elements of design using Catia V5 and PDM Link SSCI to assess non-conformances and provide repair solutions to production via the Airbus SAP PAC system. <br /><br />A strong knowledge of composite manufacturing and assembly processes is also required, in order to implement repair schemes in a timely manner to align with production schedules. <br /><br />Daily integration required with the customer to ensure full agreement of design proposals and to fully understand and further work / Interface tasks required with other RSP?s or suppliers.<br /><br />Previous experience of carrying out concession work in a production environment would be an advantage and the candidate would ideally have held design signatory in a previous role. <br />An attractive annual salary & package will accompany this position, re<br />location is also available.<br /><br />Contact Simon Portway for full details.<br /><br />Applications from EU candidates are welcome.<br /><br />Regrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</p>
