Marketing Manager - Hong Kong

<p><strong>Jet Professionals have been instructed by our client, a leading avionics company based in Hong Kong, to find a Marketing Manager to become part of their team. </strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Responsible for all aspects of the customer service account relationship and revenue performance for clients</p> <ul> <li>Assist clients in developing marketing partner relationships which generate e-commerce or advertising sales for them.</li> <li>Work in a matrix fashion to coordinate the functional groups serving the customer.</li> <li>Responsible for improving the profitability, reliability and service quality performance of the client program.</li> <li>Address relevant matters that affect the revenue performance of the accounts.</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building good rapport with clients</li> <li>Customer oversight for growing PAC market share and the overall health of working relationships with clients</li> <li>Participate in meetings/ discussions to establish strategic plans and objectives.</li> <li>Gain commercial understanding of customer issues and propose feasible solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Business, Marketing or technical degree in related field preferred</li> <li>7 - 10 Years of Account Management, product management or product marketing experience, preferably in avionics, mobile communications or Internet services.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Words, Excel, and Powerpoint)</li> <li>Working knowledge of Business Contract Law</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese</li> <li>An insightful team player with good negotiation skills and ability to implement department objectives</li> <li>Excellent account management skills</li> <li>Added advantage for those with experience in e-commerce and/or other web based marketing</li> </ul>
