Manufacturing Engineer for Production Planning in the Aerospace Industry

<p>We are currently seeking several qualified persons in the Production Planning field for a project with our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg. As Manufacturing Engineer in the aerospace industry you will be primarily responsible for developing production concepts in aircraft manufacturing.</p> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>new and serial planning of component parts and assemblies</li> <li>analysing work packages and folio management</li> <li>creating production orders</li> <li>ensuring availability of material and production document&nbsp; and handing them over to Production</li> <li>identifying production issues and initiating containment actions</li> <li>advising national and international customers and suppliers, including monitoring and risk analysis of delivery performance</li> <li>consulting and supporting the Design and MAP departments regarding the development of economically and technically optimal solutions</li> <li>involvement in national and international projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>degree in Aviation, Mechanical Engineering or Economic Engineering</li> <li>alternatively completed vocational training with qualification as Technician and many years of relevant professional experience</li> <li>at least three years of professional experience in production planning in the aerospace industry</li> <li>fluency in German and English</li> <li>good knowledge of MS Office and SAP and experienced user of CATIA V5</li> <li>prior experience in project work and design consulting is advantageous</li> <li>knowledge of MTM and REFA desirable</li> </ul>
