<p>Aeroprofessional are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Technical Engineer – Procurement in their quality department. This particular department of the business satisfies the company need to support sales through the management of a global supply base in order to help maintain the company as a market leader in supply chain management.</p> <p>Typical duties involved with this role are listed below:</p> <ul> <li>To support the commodity team in the sourcing of new and existing part/products with technical knowledge at both product and manufacturing level</li> <li>To develop and maintain parts libraries for commodities</li> <li>Provide the local point of contact as the technical expert for your commodities with individual part details</li> <li>Conduct and validate relevant assessments including manufacturing capability for new and existing supply chains</li> <li>Educate and coach suppliers in the application of relevant specifications and customer requirements</li> </ul> <p><u>Please note: The above is NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST</u></p> <p>ONLY APPLICANTS WITH THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE EU WILL BE CONTACTED</p>
