If you want to join us, please visit emiratesgroupcareers.com to apply.</p> <p><br /> The Position:</p> <p>Develop and manage the Organisational Safety Change programmes to drive the dnata business through a continuous process of change readiness, transition, and adoption that will support key safety initiatives for all dnata lines of businesses globally (ground handling, catering, transport, cargo, travel). <br /> This will be achieved by drawing on Organisational Change Management (OCM) frameworks to develop a proactive, structured approach to change management that maximises buy-in and engagement, minimises resistance, and drives achievement of organisational safety objectives. <br /> This role is instrumental in managing the new safety behaviours of employees / subcontractors by setting expectations, introducing tools to improve communication and proactively seeking ways to reduce misinformation</p> <p><br /> Salary & Benefits:<br /> We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE.</p> <p><br /> Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>•Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>•10+ years programme management within a large multi-national organisation, preferably within the aviation industry. Experience is required in leading business transformation projects including process improvement and change management, with a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading Organisational Change Management (OCM) practices and safety.</p> <p><br /> Knowledge/skills</p> <p>The job holder is a key enabler in defining and delivering safety culture change across the dnata organisation and needs:</p> <p>•Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and building relationships across all levels of an organisation to champion the need for change and ensure successful delivery of change programmes. <br /> •Ability to be strategically focused in aligning change initiatives to corporate objectives, with experience of defining and implementing business change strategies. <br /> •A mind-set that integrates rational ideals with political reality and expertise in understanding the impact of change within an organisation and designing approaches that engage employees and make the change happen. <br /> •A balance of assertiveness and persistence, with patience and diplomacy, used to influence senior executives. <br /> •Ability to manage and organise resources so that they are aligned to enable a quick and effective turnaround of projects.</p> <p> </p> <p>To Apply:<br /> Please submit your application before 22nd March 2013 23:59 GMT + 4 hours</p>
