Through integrated service solutions they make ensure customer airlines have airworthy aircraft ready and available to fly, to and from any destination Around the clock, around the globe.<br />They are seeking to appoint a Quality Manager ? Global Logistics & Supply Chain to join their Zurich based operation.<br />Your tasks:<br />? Plan and ensure an effective Quality Management System <br />? Ensure a consistent and compliant approach to quality, lead and/or support the implementation of Quality Processes <br />? Review the implementation of the Quality Management System through quality audits <br />? Plan, organize, participate in and lead various Compliance and Quality reviews and investigations <br />? Record and report the audit results to Operations management and external stakeholders <br />? Maintain, publish and present quality and safety key metrics and analysis as part of the Quality Operating System <br />? Lead and/or manage corrective and preventative actions needed based on audits and indentified occurrences <br />? Support continuous improvements, identify process improvements and perform process walks with the Operation as required <br />? Support and adhere to quality methodologies and contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives <br />? Support on the oversight of external service providers, liaise with customer and authorities <br />? Monitoring and assessment of processes for product receipt, storage, redressing, dispatch, international transportation and customs <br />? Advise, guide and influence Trade Compliance and Logistics activities from a QA perspective <br />? Assist with the application of unique country import and export requirements, Customs rules and regulations and trade documentation <br />? Support company Trade Compliance Team and Customs Audit <br /><br />Your profile:<br />? Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience <br />? Further education in Quality Management e.g. Quality System Manager <br />? Quality Certification ISO 9000 / EN9120 <br />? Extensive experience of Process and Project Management <br />? Fluency in written and spoken English (German language skills are highly desirable) <br />? A strong background in International Logistics <br />? Excellent Technical skills in Quality Assurance with several years working experience <br />? Good Logistics knowledge in Warehousing Operations <br />? Good knowledge and understanding of SAP, MS Office <br />? Knowledge of Aviation Maintenance and Regulations, such as EASA Part-145 is desirable <br />? Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a high degree of flexibility <br />? Customer and Team Orientation with excellent interpersonal skills <br />?
