Located at its airport HQ in Cambridge, plus with offices in Australia, Canada and Netherlands they are perfectly placed at the forefront of today's Aerospace industry. <br /><br />Due to a period of growth they are seeking to appoint the services of a Principal Systems Design Engineer to join their operation based in rural Cambridgeshire. <br /><br />The Principal Systems Design Engineer will provide technical support, training and guidance. The scope of the job will require the candidates conceptual design and technical analysis abilities and there specialist skills in pneumatic/oxygen systems. <br />The Principal Systems Design Engineer will Check and Approval signatory for all Systems Group documentation which forms part of the company's design approvals, including reports, test schedules and drawings also to provide estimates for Systems tasks and I manage the day-to-day activities of the Systems Group as well as deputising for the Head of Systems design.</p><p>Main Duties: <br />*Provide technical support, training and guidance <br />*Responsibility and analysis for specific systems projects <br />*Analysis of documents received by the Systems Group <br />*Deputise for the Head of Systems Design <br />*Keep up with latest developments <br />*Check and Approval signatory <br />*Provide input for estimates <br />*Act as Group Leader for selected projects</p>
