If you are a high performer, seeking unparalleled career opportunities, join the Emirates team and help us create the future of travel.<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b> To provide technical and analytical support to the front end activity by reviewing Component and Power plant related repair vendor performance, supply chain reliability, cost of repairs, performance and reliability issues and providing input to achieve higher productivity. To plan, prioritise and ensure repair/ overhaul of component and Power plant at the Repair Agencies facilities are carried out in accordance to the agreed workscope and also meeting the agreed contractual TAT (turn around time), to be able to provide continuous support to aircraft maintenance requirements. <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund and it has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1="Dh3.66." By viewing the 'Dubai Lifestyle' section in the careers website you can also consider the many benefits of Dubai as a location to live and work in <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b> </p><ul> <li>A Level or equivalent with 8 years Industry experience in supply chain management, Warehouse and Logistics, Repairs Management, Material Planning/Support & Inventory Control, Technical Purchasing or any other support services. </li><li>OR Graduate in Engg/AME Licence with 2 years Industry experience as above. </li><li>OR Graduate with 5 years Industry experience as above. </li><li>Candidates with higher Technical education, with less experience may be considered. </li><li>Preference will be given to personal with experience in Supervisory role in Engineering Repairs Management in an airline/third party maintenance base or any other large Engineering Organisation.
