If you are a high performer, seeking unparalleled career opportunities, join the Emirates team and help us create the future of travel.<b> <br /> <br />The Position: </b>We seek qualified and experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers, with A&C and/OR Avionics specialisation, to work within our Maintenance Control Centre. </p><p>The Maintenance Control Centre LAE will be part of a dedicated team that ensures the highest level of safety, serviceability and dispatch reliability though the control of deferred and repetitive defects and ensures rapid recovery from scheduled interruptions caused by mechanical difficulties i.e. (AOGs) at outstations. His/her responsibility will be to ensure that all unscheduled maintenance downtime is fully utilised by organising and preparing additional deferred defect work, scheduled work and liaising with the concerned section for the work accomplishment. </p><p>The Maintenance Control Centre is situated within the Network Control Centre and all MCC functions are conducted from this office. <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund and it has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1="Dh3.66."
