Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b> </p><p>-Deploy available Emirates resources to best advantage in order to satisfy passenger and operational requirements arising during each duty period. <br />- Resolve problems arising such as delays, disruptions, excess baggage or denied boarding, including implementation of the 'Options' Scheme, within the guidelines provided by Airport Services Manager in order to retain customer confidence and loyalty. <br />- Control expenditure on meals and accommodation for transfer or delayed passengers in order to minimise waste and unnecessary costs while still meeting the needs of EK passengers. <br />- Ensure the expeditious and accurate completion of all documentation including tickets, MCOs, Excess Baggage tickets, PTAs, DSRs, etc. Cash float should be checked and signed for on a shift basis and all relevant takings banked as per local procedures. <br />- Respond to queries, complaints and claims in an efficient and timely manner in order to restore passenger confidence. <br />- Issue the arrival and/or departure game plan when necessary (within specified time frame). <br />- Provide cover for the Supervisor Airport Services in all passenger service and check-in areas where necessary. <br />- Undertake various administrative functions and other duties as directed from time to time by the Airport Services Manager or senior station official on duty. <br />- Responsible for the effective deployment and development of the Ticket Desk team, conducting performance reviews and ensuring the Ticket Desk Agents are motivated, well-groomed and provide optimum customer service in an efficient and professional manner at all times. <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer our employee's competitive remuneration packages, attractive travel benefits, and career development supported by multi-million dollar training facilities in Dubai, and e-Learning programmes for those seeking a long-term future in the Company. <br /> <br /><b>Experience and Qualifications:</b> </p><p>- Minimum GCSE 'O' Level or equivalent. <br />- Advanced courses in Reservations & Ticketing, working knowledge of CRS with auto-ticketing and knowledge of current market and industry information. <br />- Basic courses in passenger and baggage services/ground operations and working knowledge of Departure Control Systems. <br />- Ability to work under pressure. <br />- Excellent customer service, organisational and planning skills. <br />- Fluent in written and spoken English. <br /> </p><p><b>Must have the right to work and live in the Philippines.
