If you are a high performer, seeking unparalleled career opportunities, join the Emirates team and help us create the future of travel. <br /> <br /><b>The Position:</b> You will undertake one of the following <b>3</b> roles: </p><p><b>Airport</b> <b>Representation </b> </p><ul> <li>Plan, co-ordinate and prepare all pre-client arrival documentation Assign the necessary staff to meet designated passengers by monitoring the flights. </li><li>Liaise with the Tours Bus Driver Team Leader or Rent-a-car companies with regard to hotel transfer information and ensure that the guests are escorted to their respective arrangements. </li><li>Would be required to provide services for large groups and work closely in handling VIP's with extra customer service and care. </li> </ul> <p><b>Hotel Representation </b> </p><ul> <li>Plan and organise meetings and exclusive presentations with the clients within 24 hours of their arrival ensuring that it comprehensively covers all aspects of services provided by Arabian Adventures. The presentation should also cover the facilities provided by the Hotel/Resort and general information on the UAE including historical/interesting venues, culture, traditions, customs, ethics and things to look out for in the region. </li><li>Secure client's interest in the range of products offered by Arabian Adventures and actively promote Tours and Safaris thereby achieving pre-defined sales targets and increasing revenue contributed towards, Arabian Adventures bottom line. </li> </ul> <p><b>Tour Guide </b> </p><ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive and detailed, scheduled or ad-hoc guided tours based on the tour itinerary chosen by the client ensuring that they are explained about the historical and interesting sites across the UAE and that they are provided with relevant information on the culture, traditions, customs and ethics of the region. </li><li>Provide additional services to clients on Incentive and Familiarisation trips, ensuring that the complete programme runs smoothly according to the pre-arranged itinerary. </li> </ul> <p><b>Salary & Benefits: </b>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. By viewing the 'Dubai Lifestyle' section in the site you can also consider the benefits of Dubai as a location to live and work in. <br /> <br /> <br /><b>Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge</b> </p><ul> <li>A Level Education. </li><li>DTCM diploma preferred. </li><li>3 years experience in tourism/hospitality/travel industry in a customer facing role.
