Discover your future!<b> <br /> <br />The Position:</b> </p><p><b> Manager IT </b> <br /> <br />We frequently have vacancies for Manager IT roles who will manage overall relations with an assigned Emirates Group business area (or areas), align business area specific IT strategy with business strategy as well as the overall Emirates Group IT strategy, understand and translate customer needs to develop, manage and implement and manage IT solutions. Key responsibilities will require you to: <br /> <br />Understand the business strategy and direction and constantly seek and suggest to the business areas of improvement through effective use of IT. You will define application strategies for all application systems and services for the assigned business units (3 to 5 year strategy aligned with the IT strategy). </p><p>Ensure delivery of all IT solutions, projects and services to the business unit in a timely and cost effective manner based on defined standards and quality criteria and the agreed service level objectives. <br />Ensure development, customisation, implementation and training and ongoing support of all external customers involving contractual commitments varying from 20 to 60m AED. This is relevant only to certain areas where the unit manages applications and services provided to external customers. </p><p> <br /><b> Business IT Relationship Manager <br /> </b> <br />We are frequently recruiting Business I.T. Managers who will manage a close relationship with the assigned Emirates Group business units, proactively understand their business and define jointly with them their IT needs. You will identify, implement and monitor IT initiatives to satisfy those needs. <br /> <br />You will be accountable for delivery of all IT solutions such that they meet customer's needs and are within agreed cost and time, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will ensure that services are delivered within agreed service levels. <br /> <br /> <br />Candidates with experience in various domains are welcome to apply. <br /> <br /> <br /><b>Salary & Benefits:</b> </p><p>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund and it has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1="Dh3.66."
